dencuth.jpg (44834 bytes) Dendrobium cuthbertsonii.  Grows on trees at the 2000 m. elevations of New Guinea and surrounding islands.  Brilliant flowers remain in bloom for an extended period. denprim.jpg (42444 bytes) Dendrobium primulinum.  A fragrant flowering plant found from the foothills of the Himalayas and throughout highland regions of SE Asia.
encydick.jpg (31247 bytes) Encyclia dickinsoniana.  Found growing in nature in Mexico and most of Central America, this species has small attractive flowers on long spikes. encyfrag.jpg (42122 bytes) Encyclia fragrans.  Found from Mexico south through Peru and in the Antilles, the fragrance of it's blooms is indicated in it's name.
epinak.jpg (39886 bytes) Epigeneium nakaharaei.  Native to the island of Taiwan, the flowers of this plant have a waxy appearance.

maxsand.jpg (33234 bytes) Maxillaria sanderiana. Native to Peru and Ecuador, this large palm-like plant blooms on spikes hanging below the plant.
mascocyelcl.jpg (33993 bytes) Masdevallia coccinea 'M. Wayne Miller'.  A yellow variation of a normally red species that grows at higher elevations in the Andes.

stanfrym.jpg (30338 bytes) Stanhopea frymirei.  Native to the summits of coastal mountains of Ecuador, this plant has very large fragrant blooms hanging under the plant.
malling.jpg (49687 bytes) Malleota lingulata.  This diminutive orchid from Ceylon has intricate flowers only 1/8 inch (3mm) wide.
